Everybody's eyes are different and so the kind of care they need varies widely. That said, there are plenty of things you can do to keep your eyes healthy and your vision strong.

Having a good diet, staying hydrated, avoiding smoking, and protecting your eyes from the sun are all excellent ways to take care of your eyes.

Our approach to eye health is to make sure all our customers receive personalised care based not only on their medical needs but on their lifestyle.

We now offer OCT (Ocular Coherence Tomography) technology, which allows us to create a more detailed assessment of your eye health and catch potentially sight-threatening conditions.

OCT is a completely safe and non-invasive procedure that creates a digital image of the different layers that make up the back of the eye. The detail of these images allows optometrists to examine specific areas prone to certain conditions and create a complete assessment of your overall eye health.
